VLAND was started in 1995 with the goal to provide products to consumers at an affordable price while providing excellent customer service. We are located in Southern California. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

Orders placed before 2 PM PST will be processed the same day. All orders after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day. We ship our packages out via UPS for most customers excluding PO/APO Box and international addresses in which we use USPS. We offer expedited services via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Tracking numbers are provided within the following business day. Please note that we are located in Southern California.

We offer free shipping for the 48 contiguous states.

- International Buyers are responsible for any customs and duties fees for their country.

- Please note that packages shipped to a PO BOX are shipped via USPS.

We offer a 30-day return policy, from the date of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a 20% stocking fee and the original cost of shipping may be charged for all returns. Please note that all returns must have a return request approved. Based on the situation, a return label may be provided by us.
