French or Middle Eastern primitive example.   Hand hammered, goose neck spout, fixed over lay handle, significant wear and oxidation, typical for its age, unsuitable for food or drink.  Used for decorative farmhouse or rustic kitchen accent.  It does have a wired side handle and has worn apart.   See the pictures for more details.
