Genuine Rubbermaid. Overall it is 6 1/2" wide, and fits down onto a container with a 6 1/4" wide top lip. This is the older style thicker lid, not one of the newer flimsy ones. 

Good used condition overall, but the lid will show evidence of use like scuffs and scratches (as they are pre-owned).
