This Camera has been tested and includes the items seen for it. HOWEVER, the battery that is included seems to be dead as it does not hold charge. The battery that uses AA batteries has corrosion that may or may not come off with cleaning. In conclusion the camera works well but needs a new battery. Also be aware that we do not know what may be on the tape as it was purchased second hand.
