gently pre owned but no flaws to note except a tiny separation of the seam one one side of one leg at the cuff

raw hem not stitched (I see a lot of leather pants made this way and I'm not sure why I should look it up :)

waist measures 16 inches across lying flat, has a very slight "give" to the leather but no real stretch at the waist 

hips are 19 inches across and stretch to 20 inches

leg length is 41.5 inches

inseams is 32.5 inches

rise is 10 inches
