SHISEIDO Crystallizing Hair Straightener (1H 1EX 1N 1S + 2) 400g
<HOW TO USE>
Step 1: Shampoo & Towel Dry
After shampooing, dry your hair with a towel. (Do not use conditioner or treatment.)
Step 2: Apply Step 1 Cream (1S, 1N, 1H, 1EX)
Apply Solution 1, suitable for your hair type, evenly from a distance of 1–2 cm from the scalp.
Processing Time: Leave on while checking the condition of your hair.
EX/H: 10–20 minutes
N/S: 10–15 minutes
Tip: Every 5 minutes, pull a single strand of hair to check for elasticity (Knot Test).
Step 3: Rinse & Dry
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, then dry completely with a hairdryer.
Step 4: Ironing (The Magic Step)
Using a hair straightener, straighten the hair in small sections at a temperature of 180°C (140–160°C for damaged hair). The straight shape is determined during this process.
Step 5: Apply Step 2 Neutralizer
Apply the neutralizer (No. 2) and leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes. (The key point is not to leave it on for too long.)
Step 6: Final Rinse
Rinse lightly with water, then finish with a treatment.
1EX : Very Resistant / Coarse Hair
1H : Resistant to Natural Hair
1N : Natural to Sensitized Hair
1S : Highly Sensitized / Damaged Hair

2. In Holding in your local customs
If your package is held in your local customs, you have to contact your local customs
and Shipping company/Post Office.
If you need the document to clear the customs, please contact us via eBay message and we will provide any documents after checking with our courier.
If the package returned due to refusal of pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc),
you have to pay for all Shipping cost and 10% of total price.
RETURN POLICY

In refunding, shipping cost will be deducted.

In refunding, an restock fee of the item price plus shipping cost will be deducted

-Any missing parts or damaged items will result in rejection on the return.
In case of any defectives found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason of return.
-After We receive the return product, Refund will be done.
