Headphones are used, but in good shape and sounds good.  All folding points are intact, unit is very clean.  I have replaced the ear pads and am including an extra pair.  The head band has been replaced also and is in good shape.  The paint is in excellent condition.  The original paperwork is included, as are the two cables (one with a phone answer/hang up button).  The carry case is also included with the internal sleeve and both are in excellent shape.  Also included are two adapters, one for a larger jack, not sure what the other is for.  The unit has been taken care of and stored for awhile.  It sounds really good.
