New but damaged Prestige approximately 93-1/2" x 80" brown insulated hot tub cover.  It is approximately 4" deep at the center and slopes to approximately 2" at the ends.  The cover has two small divots on the underside that penetrated into the foam; one tore the netting over the foam and the other just resulted in a divot in the foam under the netting.  Has a handle and four attached straps but does not include the corresponding hardware into which the straps lock.
