We suggest and we do offer delay shipping for this reason. Our delay shipping is free and easy to use. Once an order is placed you can request delay shipping and include the week/month you would like your order shipped. At that time we will add your order to our delay shipping schedule. We will send you a confirmation that your order will ship that week. If for any reason you need to change your shipping week due to temperatures or that you may not be home for delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make that change to our schedule for you. Additional Information: Sandys Nursery Online® will only ship to the Ship To address submitted with the buyer's order. Packing Slips: It is our policy to ship all live plant orders with its packing slip and order/plant information. With this policy, we meet the Agriculture laws of every state.

Return Policy

Our Guarantee: We promise and guarantee to deliver healthy plants to our customers in good condition. Proper handling and transplanting of stock live plants is the customer's responsibility upon receipt of the plant by the customer. We also offer a complete 30 day return policy. Returns will be accepted when we have been notified within 30 days of delivery. This period of time is important as to the care of the plants is in the buyer's hand. No additional, extended or long term warranty is expressed or implied. As an online nursery, we do not restrict any live plants by its hardy zone. Plants purchased outside of its zone will be at the risk of the buyer. The plant's new environment will determine its success and continued viability.
