This hat is 40 plus years old. It came from the Tack Shop owned by Cecil Phillips saddle maker.  From Springdale  Arkansas. If you are a barrel racer in this part of the country, you have probably heard of him or his son Robbie, who is still making saddles. The Tack Shop closed in 1985.  This little light gray hat is in great condition. The size tag is no longer in the hat, but measurements show 6 3/4. So it is a small hat.
