Antique Doll
- Bisque head doll designed by German immigrant Armand Marseille.
- Doll mold 370 from 1900-1938 (according to Doll Reference).
- “Armand Marseille” and “370 N 5/0 M” are inscribed on the back of the head.
- White kid leather body.
- Jointed legs.
- Bisque forearms.
- Fair skin.
- 16 inch long x 2.5 inch wide x 2 inch thick.
- 12 ounce weight.
- A brown wig is included.
- The eye apparatus is broken and included separately (blue eye).
This doll is in fair condition, for parts, display, refurbishment, or learning.
The head has numerous marks and a crack repair around the left side.
The body leather has light soiling over most of the surface. There is a red mark inside each leg.
There is a puncture in the leg that is leaking sawdust. It has a non-sticky plastic wrap bandage until it can be addressed properly.
The left forearm has tape. The forearms and hands have some soiling.
This doll is sold as is. She still has much of her original charm.
