You are buying the replacement lid you see in the pictures. This stopper/cap/lid screws into the top of your tumbler and when you're ready to take a sip, you simply twist the top part. To be sure this will fit YOUR mug, look at the measurements AND ALSO use Google to find pictures of your mug and compare this lid to the one the pictures Google shows you. I THINK the date is 2021. Not sure if the o-ring is original or not. 

The measurement from outside thread to outside thread is 62mm. The diameter of the screw-in part NOT including the threads is about 59.6mm. The threads are spaced about 3.5mm apart.

It is clean overall. It has a couple of small scuffs, but no damage.
