Trader-BOB's MUSIC offers a custom drawn set of house plans for a 2200 sq ft ranch home, with a full basement, (walkout). 2-1/2 baths. Total ICF construction, 8" core. These p[ans were drawn by an architect that is very familiar with ICF construction.  Designed for steel floor trusses, for a clear span basement. Any questions, please ask. I have built a basement, from 8" ICF, to move a 1870's farm house onto. It worked out well. This home ended up too large, we decided to build a barndo instead. I have conferred with my architect, Shaw Cad Designs, of  Noblesville Indiana, and these plans are not copyrighted, and belong to me to do whatever.  READ my feedback, buy with confidence!
