This is a NOS 1949 through 1952 Chevrolet license plate bracket.  It is NOS.   It is stamped Guide L-19. It has never been on a car.  It is not bent or damaged, and has the original rubber grommet bumper.  It does show some shelf wear in the black paint which can be seen in the photos.
