Here is a Renishaw 360 cmm wave adapter kit.

It is a model number a-8014-0551.

This adapter kit is designed to expand the functionality of the Renishaw qc20-w wireless ballbar.

It allows the ballbar to perform 360 degree 100mm radius test on lathes and turning centers to diagnose machine tool errors.

I am including a screw and a washer to go on the shaft, they are rusty but functional.
