ORDERING
- You must provide us with a valid working mobile telephone number to enable us to contact you regarding delivery of your order.
- Please
make sure the shipping address is correct before placing the order, as
eBay/PayPal rules state that changes to the shipping address cannot be
made after the order has been made.
- Please provide us with any
information regarding obstacles or special instructions for delivery, to
facilitate the smooth delivery of your order.
DELIVERY
- Our normal delivery times are as stated.
- You
may expect the delivery driver to contact you regarding your order
before delivery
- to give you some advance notice.
- Please ensure a responsible adult will be able to take delivery of the order when it arrives at its stated shipping address.
- The
driver is only able to deliver the package to the door-step. He will
not be able to assist in taking the packages into your home. Further,
the driver is unable to assist in the opening of any packages.
- IMPORTANT:
If no one is there to take delivery, or the driver is unable to complete the delivery, the driver has been
instructed to return the order to the warehouse and we will try to contact you to arrange another delivery slot. If this second attempt to deliver also fails, we will only attempt to
re-deliver a third time after a £50 non-refundable re-delivery fee has been paid
prior to the re-delivery. If there are multiple large packages the fee is
£78. If you choose to cancel your order after two failed delivery attempts, we will deduct our delivery charges from your refund.
RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND / UNWANTED ITEM(S) WITHIN 30 DAYS
- you must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery by email.
- You must return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in a re-saleable condition, complete as sold, in their original packaging along with any and all documentation.
- We
will not refund any items that have evidence of being used,
have missing components, or for which no notice of return has been
received by us within the time limits stated above.
- The customer
is normally responsible for all delivery costs associated with returns - sellers have no legal obligation to pay for return delivery of
unwanted items. However, if you would like us to collect the item(s) within 30 days of delivery there will be no delivery charge.
- We will reject at the point of collection, or delivery to our premises, any package returned to us which is visibly damaged, or otherwise does not meet our terms and conditions for returns.
CHANGE OF MIND / UNWANTED RADIATOR(S) AFTER 30 DAYS
- We may be able to accept unopened radiators that you have bought from us after 30 days, provided you contact us beforehand.
- There is a charge of £50 per radiator that will be deducted from each radiator
- You will also need to arrange the return delivery yourself, or we will collect it, if you choose. Our Collection Fee is £50.00 per radiator.
ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
- You must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item with the following: a short written
description of the damage/fault, clear high-definition photos of (a) the damage/fault, (b) along with photos of the whole item, and (c) the box it came
in.
- Once we have examined your evidence of the damage/fault, we will contact you to let you know of the next steps to resolve the issue.
- Please
do not send the item back to us without first agreeing this with us as
we will not refund your delivery costs if you do so.
- If you
suspect the item is faulty, we may have it tested. If the testing
organization finds that the item is functioning as intended, you will be
charged for the test, as well as all delivery costs. If the item is
found to be faulty, we will of course either replace the item
(stock-permitting) or offer a substitute item, or a partial or full
refund depending on the circumstances.
GUARANTEED ITEMS
- If
the item you have purchased from us develops a fault
after the return period has expired, then, provided the item is still
within the guarantee period, we will, at our discretion, either have the
item repaired, offer a partial or full refund, or provide a similar or
substitute item in a similar condition of the faulty item taking into
account any depreciation of the item.
- At our discretion, we may
have the item tested to verify your reported fault. If the item is found
to be working as intended, you will be billed the cost of the test.
- Delivery and transportation costs of the item are not covered by the guarantee.
- Accidental
or other damage to the item is not covered by the guarantee, including
installation/removal/re-installation errors and damage.
- Consequential damage that may result from the fault of the item is not covered by the guarantee.
- Normal wear and tear is to be expected and is not covered by the guarantee.
- Damage
or faults caused by non-standard installation procedures or installation in a location deemed unsuitable will invalidate the guarantee.
- Use
of the item outside of the expected parameters (such as outside the
water inlet pressure or temperature ranges for our radiators), or use outside of the expected use case of the item will invalidate the guarantee.
- Any modifications to the item unauthorised by us will invalidate the guarantee.
- The maximum financial value of the guarantee will be the value of the
item at the time the fault is reported to us, having taken into
consideration the annual depreciation of the item.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
