First American edition (?), with New York & London" on title and rear cover and copyright notice inside front flap replaced with "Uniform with this Booklet: The Story of a Fierce Bad Rabbit." This edition described as "unrecorded" in the 1997 Frohnsdorff sale. Not in Quinby.
