RVT tries to be as transparent as possible when listing on eBay. Sometimes the pics provided do not show every possible defect. Additional dings, dents, scratches, dirt, and dust may have not been noticed. Please be sure to review the pics of the item carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional pics please ask. All sales are "As Is" condition. Please note, RVT does not accept returns. However, if you do have an issue with your order please contact RVT. ITEMS ARE INSPECTED AND CLEANED BEFORE LISTING.
RVT does its best to provide a clean and presentable product to you the buyer. Clean stuff is awesome and we at RVT are 99.9% sure that you the buyer think the same! Cleaning solutions used are 70% Isopropyl alcohol to disinfect and remove dirt and grime. Goo Gone is used to remove adhesive left by stickers or any other sticky residues. Sometimes adhesive is left on the item (like a book, VHS tape, card back, magazine) due to the risk of discoloration. We at RVT do our best to advise of non removed adhesive and provide pics. Items listed are stored in a smoke free environment.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
RVT packs orders usually on the day received. In some cases, RVT does pack up orders the next day. Packages are dropped off at the Post Office same day or the next (excluding holidays). RVT packs each item with care and makes sure it can withstand the turbulent journey to your specified shipping address. RVT follows USPS Tracking on a daily basis on each order, and communicates any delays if any arise. RVT understands communication is important and will respond to any questions promptly. We at RVT are collectors of fine vintage goods as well! We truly understand the value each item can bring to you and your collection.
Once your package is dropped at the Post Office, we do send a message containing two pics. One pic will be of the Shipping Label attached to the package. The other pic will be of the USPS Acceptance Receipt. Again, communication is important and being informed about your order is up there as well!
