① Turn off and cool the engine, disconnect the battery power.
② Remove the old idle control valve from the throttle body and disconnect the electrical connector.
③ Clean the throttle body mounting surface and remove impurities.
④ Align the mounting position and install the new idle control valve.
⑤ Reconnect the electrical connector and tighten the mounting screws.
⑥ Restore power and start the engine to test idle performance.
