This is a Canada Queen Victoria Stamp from 1868.  It is SG 66, the 15 Cents Slate Perf 12 x 11 1/2.  This one is part of the Montreal Printing!

It's Mint with Original Gum and GEM condition.  It's valued at L1300 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue!
