Purchased from a university collection, at least 25+yrs old.  Resin material made to look like carved wood, appears to be hand painted.  Unique find, don’t see anything like this on the market.  Great University merchandise, cool gift for school acceptance, award display or graduation!  Overall good condition for age, see photos for details (see photos).
