Here is a new aftermarket replacement primary belt for Harley.
This belt is 13.8 mm by 1 1/8" wide and has 78 teeth. It is made for 1980 to 1983 FXB and FXSB: Sturgis and Low Rider. It was made by Gates for BDL. It has a BDL # of PC-78-118. This will replace Harley # 40009-80.
