Up for sale is a collector-grade Seiko Bell-Matic Ref. 4006-6021. This model is famous for its mechanical alarm complication, which produces a charming "cricket" sound via a tiny internal hammer.
The 2 o'clock Button:

Pushed In: Alarm is OFF.
Pulled Out: Alarm is ARMED.

Setting the Alarm: Pull the crown out to the first click (Position 1). Rotating the crown counter-clockwise will move the internal blue alarm bezel. Align the indicator triangle with your desired alarm time.

Seiko Bell-Matic is triggered strictly by the hour hand meeting the indicator on that internal blue bezel.
