Returns are very expensive for all businesses. All items are used and depending on the part fragile. They are tested here to verify our product works as it should and packed in such a way for safe transit by our shipping partners. Repeated packing, unpacking, and shipping is very hard on many of these items. We ask that you review images, descriptions and part numbers to verify our part will work for your needs.

If an item must be returned it should be packed in their original condition to receive credit. The product will be inspected and tested upon return receipt. Additional charges may occur for shipping and inspection. Thank you for considering Baseline 4x4 Recyclers for your needs. What started as a project Jeep has turned into a salvage yard specializing in 1997 and newer Jeep Wranglers. Unique in our industry that almost every part we sell (with the exception of a few bulk listings) we picture individually instead of using stock images. It is not cheap to do so but we feel it is necessary so that the end user will know the condition of the item they are receiving and what all is included when purchasing. Please review the images to verify the part purchased will work for your needs.

It is difficult to portray actual colors on some items while still showing an accurate condition. We use Jeep's specific color verbiage in our listings. Please verify that the color described is the color you need versus the color as portrayed in images.

The included interchange guide is standard within salvage yards and as a whole is very helpful but to the level of detail and options that Jeep offers there are a number of inaccuracies that we can not control. Please review item titles, images, notes and descriptions to help determine if this part will work for your needs.
