🔄 Return / Warranty

Prior to returning the item, buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be visibly printed on the box to ensure accurate processing of returns.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Items lost during return shipping are not reimbursed. All products covered by a 30-day warranty unless specified otherwise. Non-defective or non-compatible returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
