This is a sterling silver pin / brooch in the design of a flamed spirit by William Weinstock.
It has clear rhinestones on the top portion and a large cobalt blue teardrop shape jewel as belly.
You can see the marking of "STERLING" on it.
It measures 2-3/8 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.

Condition is previously owned with age tarnish and wear as shown. All the rhinestones are intact.
