I am a collector, not a pen store.
I also believe that inking vintage pens is silly so when I buy a pen I never check it.
If I want to write with one of my more than 700 pens, I simply dip it and write normally, then clean it afterwards.
It could have recently been serviced with a new bladder or not. I don't care so when I sell them two things are important to know:
1. I don't check if they hold water, and because of that,
2. I give you an amazing price.
Please be advised, that upon receiving the pen, it could hold ink or not.
