Vintage Vitro Agate Conqueror Marbles.

A set of six mixed colour marbles. These collectible vintage 'Vitro Agate' American machine-made marbles are really appealing and collectible because they come in a range of soft pastel shades: pretty, fruity hues which combine well. Their patch-like structure is much loved and remembered by many; they were produced across the '40's and '50's. Sometimes the base is cloudy and almost opaque creamy white; or sometimes it has a translucent quality, these are known as 'Phantoms.'
