A sensational mid century Danish style teak ''Westbourne'' sideboard by White & Newton, Portsmouth 1960's

This striking, minimalist piece features a spacious, shelved central drop-down drinks bar with original serving tray, another spacious shelved storage cupboard accessed by a bi-fold door and 3 large storage drawers, the uppermost of which has a partitioned, felt lined section for cutlery. All handles are integrated into the design giving the piece an intentionally stark look with absolute zero fuss. The whole front is exquisitely finished with one very large piece of beautifully figured teak veneer.

Condition: Excellent - minimal superficial wear. Has been fully stripped sanded and refinished so ready to be used and enjoyed for another lifetime. Some marks inside from use - felt is a little worn and marked in cutlery drawer as is typical in such pieces.
