Please note that the Mini American Girl dolls come in 2 sizes. The older dolls with the cloth body are chubbier than the current dolls with the vinyl body. Both dolls are 6" tall, but their bodies differ.
This dress is sized for the cloth body Mini American Girl dolls. 
This outfit will fit both types of dolls.
