Smena-35 is considered to be a restyling of the Smena-8M model. There are many reasons for this statement, however, it is worth remembering that the entire line of Smena devices since the 50s has been developing strictly within the framework of one concept.

Smena-35 was produced in the 90s at LOMO (Leningrad Optical and Mechanical Association). I don't know the volume of the issue, but it is unlikely that they were large. The 90s is the decline of the Soviet photography industry.
The standard lens is a fixed triplet T-43 4/40. Three lenses in three groups. The Smena-8M has a similar lens (in a different body).
Aperture limit f16.
The shutter is central. Bounces shutter speeds: 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250 and V.
There is no autostart, but there is a central sync contact.
