Our standard ground shipping is always free.

For Freight shipped products, an appointment for delivery is required for residential addresses. Please ensure that your account has a valid contact number for your order to be delivered.

If you are not able to be present for delivery, please contact us and we can arrange your item to be delivered to a local access point for pickup.

Items Purchased in New Condition Only. Items eligible for Free Return must be Unused, New and in the original packaging.

Items returned in used or damaged state may result in partial refund up to 50% of the order value.

For Items Not As Described, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received, please contact our customer service team prior to opening your return request.

For damaged or warranty claim items, photos must be submitted for review.

Open Box and Used Items are not eligible for return, but should you experience a problem with your order for an Open Box or Used Item, please reach out to customer service department, as these will be considered on a case by case basis.
