A superb and unique hollow-body electric guitar from the long-gone days when Peavey made vintage feel guitars.

In very good condition and has super low action even up at the higher frets. I've set this guitar up myself to a high standard. I'm a stickler for smooth action and good playability.

Having a bigger body to the classic arch-tops like the Epiphone Sheraton or the 335s, it is much more resonant, making it comparable to the Beatles-made-famous Epiphone Casino - it has a really unique wooden tone that suits songwriting as well as a range of semi-acoustic and electric settings, particularly blues, folk and jazz. With a good driver pedal, it can rock out too.

Thanks to the big hollow body, it can be played well enough acoustic and sounds great unplugged. Through the passive output it has a warm, vintage tone. The humbucker pickups can be controlled independently through the four tone / volume knobs to create your own tones and atmospheres for both rhythm or lead playing. Set to rhythm it is warm and rich, set to lead it cuts through well.

It could be easily set up with a Bigsby, as many of these models have. I never got around to it as I'm more of a songwriter / blues player.

Overall this is a beautiful guitar for the price. I'm selling it as I have a strict one in-out policy in the studio, and I've inherited a superior vintage archtop.
