New – Open Box – Like-new item. Packaging has been opened, but the item has been inspected, verified for contents, and tested where practical. Any defects or missing pieces are clearly noted.
Used – Shows signs of prior use such as light wear or blemishes. May include original packaging. Fully inspected and tested when possible, with all known issues clearly disclosed.
