This is Issue #186 of FEMFORCE. 

The condition is approximately VF/VF+.  *Grading is subjective but I try to be as accurate and strict as possible.*

There are just a couple of very minor "dings" on the frotn and back covers.  Please check photos for reference. 

The interior pages are Bright White.
