Here we have an Antique 18ct Gold Natural Cabochon Emerald And Turquoise Ring Approximate Size L 1/2.
The ring is presented in good clean condition with only minor wear commensurate with age and use please see photos.
This gorgeous unusual ring is set with a large central Natural Cabochon Emerald which measures approximately 9mm X 6.5mm with 6 small Natural Cabochon Turquoise stones set equally distanced around the central Emerald.
The top of the ring measures approximately 12mm X 10mm, the shoulders measure approximately 4mm wide and the bottom of the band measures approximately 2.5mm wide.
The ring is Hallmarked on the bottom of the outer band with Portuguese Hallmarks for 18ct Gold and the ring has been XRF tested and confirmed as 18.44ct Gold, please see photo of the ring in the XRF testing machine showing results.
It's difficult to put an exact age on the ring but in my opinion given the style I would think that it's probably Victorian.
