DETAILS
This mattress arrived with courier handling damage to the outer packaging only. Upon inspection, no marks or scuffs were found. It has been tidied and repackaged and, to our knowledge, has not been used.
The mattress has been sterilised and steam cleaned, and both the mattress and its components have passed our quality control checks. Please note that not all mattresses require cleaning, as many arrive brand new; these are simply inspected and repackaged.
The mattress will arrive fully sealed in protective polythene packaging, as you would expect when purchasing new.
All mattresses are delivered flat/open and are not rolled or vacuum-packed.
Any product with marks, scuffs, or damage will have clear photos uploaded showing any defects.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition & packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note, return postage costs are not covered on non-faulty items. If the item has been assembled or shows significant wear, a deduction may apply to the refund for the returned item. Faulty or Damaged Items

What’s covered?
While we make every effort to avoid them, errors can happen from time to time. Our guarantee covers you for any issues that could reasonably be said to have started with us – like foam that cracks, a faulty zip or significant dipping.
What’s not covered?
It’s normal for mattresses to show signs of use over the years, so we don’t consider ordinary wear and tear a fault under the guarantee. We also exclude soiled mattresses and damage caused by accident (including by pets), disaster or misuse.
Do I have to do anything to keep the guarantee valid?
We know it sounds like common sense, but obviously, you’ll need to use an appropriate base and bedding and make sure your mattress doesn’t get wet or exposed to the elements. Other than that, all you need to do is rotate your mattress 180° on its base regularly – once a month through the first 200 nights, then at least every six months for the rest of its life.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Free delivery to most parts of UK. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery (mainland UK). We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm.
Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen – they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled
Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorized to take items any further.
Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.
We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
There is a delivery charges for certain postcodes below and the item will NOT be dispatched until correct delivery charge has been paid if your postcode isn’t in the list or not sure please contact out customer service team.
