“Platform duty/tax collection fee” is the fee for handling duty and tax collection.

We have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be in the original condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us first for return before you ship it back to us.
If the item is found not working (excluding battery depletion), return shipping will be covered by the seller.
In all other cases, the postage of the returned goods is a buyer burden.
