David Yurman Hampton Bangle Bracelet.  Sterling Silver/18K Garnet Hinged Bangle.   3 trillion faceted garnets, surrounded in 18k gold.  The bracelet is marked DY 925 750.  Closure is a very cool snap lock.  

NOTE:  the garnets are pretty scratched up/ abraded.  I assume that they could be polished, but please look closely at the photos.  The bracelet still wears well, but particularly in the right (or wrong) light they look cloudy.  Snap lock functions as it should and the metal is in good shape.
