Here we have a lovely Arts and Craft Mission clock in an nice ebonized finish. The circular dial is set out with brass Arabic numerals and has the most superb shaped hands. The hands move freely and when wound round by hand it strikes the hours on a gong on the hours and once at half past.

There is a brass label to the rear which reads 'HIGGS & SMITH 6 LORD STREET LIVERPOOL'.

The approximate maximum dimensions are : 15 3/4 inches / 40 cm diameter across dial x3 3/4 inches / 9.5 cm deep x 31 inches / 79 cm high.

CONDITION:

The case is in nice condition, there are just age related marks as would be expected.

The clock is untested so is being sold as is for restoration but the hands move freely and when wound round by hand it strikes the hours on a gong on the hours and once at half past.  Please study photographs carefully as they form part of the description and condition, as what you view is exactly what you will receive.
