This is an antique glossy black & white photograph of Charles Laughton from "Mutiny on the Bounty," where Laughton plays Captain Bligh.

On the reverse it has a United Press Associations stamp and a small piece of newspaper attached. It also has a newspaper stamp to indicate when it was reused and promoted in the local paper (St. Paul Pioneer Press) which was in 1953. The markings on the front where to show how the photo should be cropped. 8" x 10".

Fletcher Christian successfully leads a revolt against the ruthless Captain Bligh on the HMS Bounty. However, Bligh returns one year later, hell bent on avenging his captors.

To keep the shipping cost down, this will be shipped in an envelope between cardboard stiffeners. Contact us if you'd prefer that it be shipped in a box at an additional cost. We believe that this is too large to be shipped via USPS First Class Large Envelope, as stiffeners are not allowed at that rate so there's a possibility of damage.
