1961 Mastering The Art Of French Cooking Signed by Julia Child and Simone Beck First Edition, first print

This copy of “Mastering The Art Of French Cooking” was in a large collection of cookbooks that my mother had. Most likely bought at a yard sale. It has paperwork in it (see photo) from The Southern California Gas Company regarding a cooking demonstration being given to The San Marino Women’s Club by Julia Child and Simone Beck. Only guessing this may have been part of a book tour where copy’s were available for purchase.
