This offering is of both the Cram's Imperial 12" World Globe and  the Cram Outer Space  and World Globe Handbook.

Globe Model & Year:  1972 ("C72") Imperial 12" World Globe.  I believe the "C72" means copyright 1972 and the political identifications on the globe align with 1972.

Handbook Year:  1972.  Though no date is printed on the handbook that I can find, it details space programs until July of 1971.  As I believe the globe and handbook were bought at the same time, I am attributing a 1972 date to the handbook also.

Dimensions:  17" from base to top tip of the axle.

The globe and handbook are a great way to travel, both physical distances and time differences, without leaving your family room.  A great tool to teach children about world geography and history.
