Ai says: Fractional: 1/4 inch (0.250 inches) is the closest, though it is slightly larger (approx. 0.004 inches).

Metric: 6.25 mm (0.2461 inches) is almost an exact match. A 6.3 mm bit is also very close.

I purchased more than my fair share from the mom And pop machinist aircraft surplus known as CDC that it's been in business for over three decades, I ended up with most of the smaller stuff that nobody wanted and took them decades to acquire.
