all insertable tubes now is build-in ,not outside ,when you receive ,if you can not see the outside insertable tube .you can feeling the inside place of the below pic in the right ,and you will see the tubes is build -in

why we do build -in tube ?

1. to avoid the tube fall off from outside

2. make it fix more suitable

3. more comfortable to wear than outside
