Brand new never used. This is a very unique customer appreciation tool set that was manufactured by the Williams side of Snap on Corp in Taiwan. As most people know, the Blue Point and Williams arms of the Snap on corporation are largely manufactured overseas.

Snap on Corp. almost exclusively produces or licenses the entire caterpillar tool line. This includes the caterpillar adjustable wrenches, pliers, sockets, wrenches, ratchets. In fact, most of the caterpillar tools come inside Snap on packaging. Some of them have the Snap on logo adorned on the tools.
