This is an Orange Free State 1/2d stamped Postcard.  It was sent from OFS to Burscheid, Germany on 2/23/1893.

This postcard has an Overprint Motto "CEULULD ET MAUD."  It also has 3 cows standing in a single circle with a shield with flags.  An additional 1d Pale Brown stamp was added for postage to Germany.

This is a really lovely and RARE little postcard!
