We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. With that, we do our best to know each vehicle we sell, and we work diligently to understand every aspect of each vehicle. We did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing the unknown. Again, transparency is king and we’re happy to answer ALL questions our customers might have. Additionally, we welcome inspections (see Inspection statement below), ask lots of questions, and keep an open mind when buying such vehicles.
Doc Fee: $499.95 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. This is not an arbitrary charge, your documents are very important to us so we use the best resources in the business to assure accuracy and timeliness. This fee only partially covers those costs.
Availability: Our vehicles are made available upon final payment. Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple resources where a vehicle could sell in a moment’s notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, seller reserves the right to end its listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at its discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
Contact: Note you may hear from us prior to sale. But, If you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact seller within 24 hours.
Inspection: VERY IMPORTANT. Please inspect, if a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understand we cannot address concerns post sale. It’s important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. Again, we make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to time of sale. EPA mileage estimates for comparison purposes only. Actual mileage may vary depending on driving conditions, driving habits, and vehicle maintenance.
Payment: We require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of winning or your commitment to purchase. Full payment is required within 7 days of listing end unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said timeframe all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void. Please call/contact to make arrangements for payment. Please note that we do not accept full payment by credit cards, we will accept deposit via credit card if needed.
Payment Types: Bank wire, Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing, credit card (deposits only). We are happy to assist in getting these processed. Vehicles are made avail once all funds clear bank processing.
Our Prices: Prices are based on rebates for Zip Code 67401. We advertise ONE price, and although we are open to offers we encourage a transparent conversation prior to any negations. Prices are subject to change without notice. New & PreOwned vehicle pricing includes a $1,000 discount for financing through a lender arranged by Long McArthur. Arranging your own financing, or paying cash, forfeits the $1,000 discount included in the sales price on any New or Preowned vehicle purchase.
Shipping: Free shipping, if included in the listing description, is limited to $1,000 on New vehicles only if the buyer finances through Long McArthur, and is not valid with any other offer or pricing plans (X,Z,D or A). Buyer is responsible for any additional transport costs. We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. Before your vehicle is taken for transport, we will see that your vehicle is properly secured when leaving our facility. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper’s custody. Buyers are welcome to trailer home, we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.
Drive it Home: If you plan to buy and drive please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible with when it comes to a vehicle. As mentioned previously we inspect our vehicles and we do everything humanly possible to know what we can about each vehicle. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know it. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility, we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.
Fees: Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual state’s taxes, transfer, or additional fees. We are happy to provide a written cost sheet with all known fees prior to purchase.
Documents & Vehicle Titles: All documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays we recommend returning any required docs as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 60 days for vehicle titles. Usually titles are avail sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances. Your vehicle can be driven during this time with the temporary tags we will issue.
Mileage: Miles may differ. Upon receipt of a vehicle we document and photo our vehicles. Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase.
Condition: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe the vehicles in detail. Have that transparent conversation with us. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. We encourage buyers to have a personal inspection completed prior to purchase to help ensure your satisfaction. Third party inspections are encouraged and must take place prior to purchase.
