This listing is for a fine gold coin bezel mounting made to hold a U.S. Cent - Lincoln Wheat 1¢ coin in a wearable pendant setting.

Fits a Cent - Lincoln Wheat 1¢ (1909–1958). Bezel mounting only. Coin not included. Chain not included. Chains available separately: Shop Chains. Polished diamond-cut style with a prong set mounting.

Coin Fit & Compatibility

Please verify your coin’s condition and dimensions before ordering, and note that coins in capsules/holders must be removed to fit in the bezel.

Construction & Design

A prong set coin bezel secures the coin at the edge for reliable retention while keeping the coin as the focal point. The open design preserves visibility and allows more of the coin’s rim/edge to remain viewable compared with closed-bezel styles.

Metal Details

Care: wipe with a soft jewelry cloth after wear and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to help maintain the polished finish.

Bail Information

Chains can vary quite a bit in width, design, and clasp size, so without seeing your specific chain in person, it’s difficult to say for sure whether it will fit this pendant. That said, based on our experience, most chains up to 3mm–4mm wide tend to fit without an issue. Chains with larger or unusually shaped end caps may have trouble fitting through the bail.

If you do decide to order the pendant and find that the bail doesn't quite accommodate your chain, you may be able to gently adjust it yourself—or take it to a local jeweler who can modify it to fit perfectly.

Shipping / Production

In-stock items ship promptly. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated delivery dates shown by eBay are conservative and may arrive sooner.

About the Coin

The Cent - Lincoln Wheat (often called the Lincoln Wheat Cent) is a classic U.S. 1¢ coin design minted from 1909 through 1958. It is widely collected and recognized for its early-20th-century styling and long production run.

The obverse features a right-facing portrait of Abraham Lincoln, introduced in 1909. The reverse displays two stylized wheat ears framing the denomination and legends—an iconic look that gives the coin its “Wheat” nickname.

Because the Lincoln Wheat Cent was produced across many decades, small year-to-year visual details can vary with minting and wear. However, the physical specifications used for bezel compatibility (including the 19mm diameter and thickness limits noted above) remain the key factors for proper fit in this mounting.
