• Standard Delivery: We offer standard 2–3 working day delivery on most items. Exact postage charges are always clearly displayed on the listing.

• Tracked Options: If you would like to track your order, please select the 1st or 2nd Class Recorded shipping option at checkout (where available).

• International Orders: We proudly offer international shipping! Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

Dispatch Schedule

• Fast Processing: We typically dispatch orders the same or next working day after payment is received. Our daily shipping cut-off is 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri).

• Weekends & Holidays: We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Purchases made during these times will be shipped promptly on the next working day.

• Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your item is on its way. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay at checkout, as transit times will vary based on the shipping service you choose.

Local Collection

• Please note that our Click & Collect option is currently unavailable. All items will be shipped directly to your provided address.

All payments must be received within 24 hours of auction ending or straight after for Buy it Now items.

The Item(s) will ONLY be shipped to the buyers Verified Ebay address, if the Ebay address is not verified then the item(s) will not be sent out until a verified address is provided.

30-Day Window

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your shipping date. After this period, we cannot accept returns or shipping error claims.

Item Condition

• To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in clean, resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order after delivery, it must be within 30 days and the item must not have been used/opened and in resell-able and working order. If this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.
